Anita started her cooking career in Holland and Germany, cooking delicious meals aboard river cruise boats.
When she moved from Holland to Australia, she took all her favourite recipes
with her, not knowing how many people would ask her for her authentic Dutch Croquettes (In Holland people consume more than 300 million Croquettes a year).
Anita's Gourmet Foods is located on the beautiful Mid North Coast of New South Wales, Australia.
